9. Text Message Alerts for Concord Staff (“Concord CRM call-back alerts”)
9.1. What the Programme Is
Concord Concrete Pumps Ltd. sends text message alerts to its employees from its CRM, from the toll-free number 1-888-201-2223. When someone at Concord takes a customer’s call-back request for you, you receive one text with the customer’s company and contact name, the number to call back, and the reason if one was given.
9.2. Who Can Join
Concord employees only, by opting in on My settings → Text messages in the CRM and sending themselves a test text. Joining is optional and is not a condition of employment.
9.3. How Often
Message frequency varies with the call-back requests taken for you. Texts can come at any day and time.
9.4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
9.5. Stopping
Reply
STOP to 1-888-201-2223 at any time to stop the texts (UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT and CANCEL also work); you will get one confirmation and no more texts. Reply
START to get them again. You can also remove your number in the CRM.

9.7. Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9.8. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent won’t be shared with any third parties. See the
